Do angels come in sizes, colors or arrays
Do they come just once, or on a hundred days
Do angels walk like me, or do they all have wings
What do angels do, I ponder all these things!

As I've walked through life, sometimes with tears in eyes
I've never seen an angel, floating in the sky
I know that they exist, God's Word says that's quite true
But still I have to wonder, are they red, or green, or blue?

Like many other people, with days that try our souls
I know there have been angels, that helped me reach my goals
And yet I could not see them, nor know that they were near
Then God opened up my heart, and made it very clear!

Angles come in colors, sizes and arrays
And they touch my life, each and every day
Yes, angels sent from heaven, but also from earth too
Amazing as it seems, the angels look like you!

For every angel that has touched my life,
On this day, I am deeply thankful for you!

I fell again today, as I ran the race
From my precious King, I want to hide my face
Broken wounded heart, shattered by the sin
I wonder precious Father, will I ever win?

I am so distraught, wanting now to flee
Just as Peter fled, as he once failed Thee
There are many tears, conviction is quite real
I despise this place, and all that I now feel!

I know that you forgive, cast my sin away
If I will repent, if I will just pray
But I am so ashamed, how dare I come to call
With all that I have learned, how could I ever fall?

With love you take my hand, and open up my eyes
Dispelling all the fears, quashing Satan's lies
You tell me now of Peter, not many could be worse
And yet upon that rock, you chose to build your church!

Glory, glory, glory, I lift your name on high
I will praise your name, lifting hands into the sky
Glory, glory, glory, in the middle of this fight
As in this war I bow my knees, and yield to shining light!

Glory, glory, glory, as the battle rages on
I come to you on bended knees, and praise you with a song
Glory, glory, glory, for my enemies shall flee
As I now rise and stomp my feet, in Jesus I am free!

Glory, glory, glory, for I'm battered and quite bruised
The enemy thinks he's won, you've promised he will lose
Glory, glory, glory, as faith now stands the test
For when this raging battle ceases, I shall have sweet rest!

Glory, glory, glory, I praise you Lord and King
This battle now is over, in peace my voice shall ring
Glory, glory, glory, for just this one small taste
Of what you felt upon the cross, as the enemy was erased!

Thank you Jesus

The Treasure

For many, many years, the old man came home at night
Shuffling in the door, he'd then turn on the light
Off to his secret spot, he'd shuffle with great pleasure
As from it's hiding place, he'd pull his precious treasure!

He'd hidden it for years, each and every day
As he left the house, to go upon his way
Each night he'd come to see it, and then feel quite secure
With the treasure to fall back upon, he knew he would endure!

A thief came to his home, one day to steal at will
Breaking through the window, the thief got such a thrill
He rummaged through the home, taking all that he could find
To put it into simple terms, he robbed the old man blind!

At last the man came home, and shaking in despair
He shuffled to his secret spot, uttering a prayer
And there he found his treasure, assuring his survival
With tears of joy upon his cheeks, he reached to grasp his Bible!

Matthew 6:19-21
19 Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth
and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But
store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do
not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.
21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (NIV)

They say that I'm used goods, maybe that is true
But you would be amazed, at what my God can do
A little bit of paint, a nut or bolt or two
And I am quite alive, and better than brand new! :o)

Setting Sail
I set sail today, the wind blew all askew
Where the wind would take me, only Jesus knew
I wanted to go north, the wind, it took me south
So I gave it all to Jesus, and quickly shut my mouth!

I opened up the paper, numbers there galore
Abortions, rapes and murders, many, many more
A list of tiny numbers, printed on the page
None of then could show, the pain, the loss, the rage!

We look upon the numbers, see them every day
Closing up the paper, again we go our way
But for every number, for every stroke of pen
A life now greatly shattered, never the same again!

Statistics equal people, one by one by one
Though we won't admit, though this fact we shun
Where you see a number, there were faces there before
Until we add them up, and neatly close the door!

Dear Father up in Heaven, let me not forget
My work here on this earth, is not quite finished yet
If I can touch a stat, with love and maybe more
Maybe you and I my King, can even up the score!

The day had finally come, Job's trials now much too real
But Job was just a story, with things I'd never feel
For no one could be tested, with all of that and stand
Job was just a story, from some lost fairyland!

Now the fires burned hotter, burning flames white hot
My faith began to waiver, my nerves now frayed and shot
On the testings came, in tidal waves of strife
Had Job really existed, did he live that life?

I fell down to my knees, overwhelmed with all the pain
Every doubt I'd had, now screaming in my brain
Things could not get worse, of this I was quite sure
Then hell itself broke loose, so much more to endure!

I'd finally had enough, at God I now did shout
If you hate me now, then please, just snuff me out
For faith has left this man, I'm flat upon my face
And cannot lift myself, again, to run this race!

Then Jesus took my hand, "You fell, I paid the price"
"Take a few more steps, though God seems cold as ice"
With tears upon my cheeks, I staggered forth once more
I cannot tell you how, I did not see the door!

I did not understand, the testing of my heart
All I felt was pain, my world blown apart
Then Jesus smiled and said, "My friend, if you only knew"
"By feet and not by inches, in the last few months you grew!"

Today my best friend Jesus, took me for a ride
I thought he might be crazy, not sure I would survive
I never went that fast, my eyes were now wide open
That we would stay on four wheels, I was surely hoping!

There were many bumps, the mountains very high
We were going so fast, I thought we just might fly
We raced around the corners, wheels squealing in the turns
I could not see round corners, and faith I now would learn!

We shot into the valleys, my hair now stood on end
It was getting hard, to trust my Jesus friend
We pulled up to my home, and Jesus parked the car
I looked at him in dismay, "Why did we drive so far?"

My nerves began to soothe, all was well again
But I just had to know, and so I ask my friend
Can you tell me please,"why you went so fast?"
Jesus smiled and said, "So Satan could not pass!"

I was just a gambler, liked to throw the dice
Now and then I'd win, that was very nice
As I threw the dice, as I played the wheel
I do not see the devil, and all that he would steal!

I started out quite small, wagers here and there
Not too much to lose, really not a care
The devil left me win, enough to cloud my mind
How was I to know, that I was going blind?

The bets got ever higher, the cost began to grow
My peaceful state of mind, now began to go
The games no longer fun, I began to lie
All the while I'd smile, as yet I would deny!

Now, let me bring to light, the moral of this thought
Eternal loss, damnation, and all that it will cost
The tiny little wagers, were tiny sins, you see
Creeping into life, to keep the light from me!

Subtle and quite coy, as he took control
Into the gamblers life, Satan deftly strolled
Tiny little sins, grew bigger, bigger yet
And I, the once great gambler, lost the final bet!

Eternity in Hell, cut off from love of life
Eternity in Hell, never to see light
I could have cashed my chips, for Jesus and the truth
You cannot win and gamble, and Hell is final proof!

So listen to the gambler, who never made the choice
Listen to the gambler, listen to hell's voice
Cash your chips in now, before the final roll
And you will find your name, on Heaven's precious scroll!

The Move Of God

The world ran out today, to see the move of God
Christian's screaming loudly, "On Satan we will trod"
From one church to another, they ran in joy and glee
They ran right past a blind man, lost, who could not see!

"There's a miracle at this church, let us go partake"
"We'll show the wretched sinners, Jesus is awake"
Again they ran around, from one church to another
Seeking out the miracles, they passed a homeless brother!

Each church now needed miracles, the bigger, well, the better
"The Holy Water's flowing, at this church we'll get wetter"
Running all around. "More miracles, how neat"
They ran right past a family, that had no food to eat!

Jesus on the hillside, now shed a painful tear
"Is there no one left, no one left to hear?"
A crippled man walked up, God's love in him complete
"When they fall from running, I'll help them to their feet!"

Mark 9:41
41 I tell you the truth, anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name
because you belong to Christ will certainly not lose his reward. (NIV)

Birds Of The Air

Today when I awoke, my world looked very bleak
The trials and fires I faced, seemed to be complete
My physical appearance, now was quite a mess
And I could see no way, that I would pass this test!

Not just my appearance, my health now seemed to go
Satan stood there teasing, dancing to and fro
My mind began to race, I became concerned
Forgetting in my heart, all that I had learned!

My mind now filled with anguish, worry took control
I forgot my Lord, He whom made my soul
And in my waning moments, sure that I would die
It was to my Lord, that I let out a cry!

Now my heart remembered, now my mind could see
There above my head, the birds within the tree
They do not store in barns, nor even sow and reap
Tis from the great Creator, that they earn their keep!

I am more important, Jesus said it's true
My Father up in Heaven, sees everything I do
Jesus stood and pointed, with not one word to say
And Satan dropped his head, and slowly walked away!

Matthew 6:26
26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or
store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Are you not much more valuable than they? (NIV)

Isaiah 40:26 (NIV)
26 Lift your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these?
He who brings out the starry host one by one, and calls them each by name.
Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.

Psalm 147:4 (NRSV)
4 He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names.

Each Point Of Light Below Is A Galaxy (with the exception of the orange light)
And Each Galaxy Consists Of, On Average, Billions Of Stars

Click On Picture To Learn About Galaxies

The most distant galaxies yet observed appear as faint patches of light in this photograph taken by the Hubble Space Telescope. The brighter swirls are galaxies somewhat closer to Earth, and the bright orange object is a star in our own galaxy. A galaxy is a system of stars, dust, and gas held together by gravity. Our solar system is in a galaxy called the Milky Way. Scientists estimate that there are more than 100 billion galaxies scattered throughout the visible universe. Small galaxies have fewer than a billion stars. Large galaxies have more than a trillion. There are about 100 billion stars in the Milky Way. God's Word says that the Creator has numbered and named each star that exits. If you took every word from every language known to man on earth you could not find enough words to name 1/10th of the stars in our Milky Way Galaxy alone. God's ways are indeed higher than man's.

I look into the night, and see a billion stars
And then look at the world, and see a billion scars
The night is full of peace, stars so clean and bright
I wonder why the world, never sees that light!

I sit upon the grass, there upon the hill
Each and every star, giving me a thrill
Each and every one, created by one hand
Each and every one, a part of God's great plan!

As I face the stars, and as they now face me
I see a billion promises, sent to make me free
And in my heart I know, that Jesus Christ is King
And there among the stars, one day this saint will sing!

So when you see a star, there within the night
When you see a star, twinkling oh, so bright
When you see a star, so deep there out in space
Remember it's Creator, saved the human race!

Hanging Out

I came from a monkey, so they say to me
My family back then, lived up in a tree
I came from a monkey, but really don't see how
My arms are not that long, maybe I'm a cow!

I do not bark at people, I cannot be a dog
I do not gaze at people, like a lizard on a log
Yet they will persist, there is no other way
Monkey to a man, is what I am today!

I've never seen a monkey, sit and build a fire
And surely never seen, a monkey in a choir
I've never seen a monkey, fix a broken toy
Yet I must remain, a modern monkey boy!

There is a missing link, of this they are quite sure
And when they find that link, they will have their cure
So on they search in vain, looking for the bone
Of that special monkey, that one day built a home!

I do not understand, it's very hard to see
Why in life they must, a monkey make of me
I've found my missing link, no bone, well what a shock
My missing link is Jesus, and he is but a rock!

The Walk

Don't talk the talk, but walk the walk, the Christian said to me
As they stormed away to sin, only to be free
I watched in great dismay, as Christian failed a test
And then fell to their knees, to pray and to be blessed!

I lowered tortured head, to walk into the night
Had to get away, from Christian's shining light
For when they rose from prayer, again they said to me
Don't talk the talk, but walk the walk, so Jesus you will see!

With tears in eyes, I trod away, sure that I shall die
When Jesus comes from East to West, across the earthly sky
Then in my heart, I heard a voice, "Peace to you my friend"
"I am the Lord, Jesus Christ, and this shall be your end!"

"When you fall, I am here, and that will never change"
"It will take some time, your life to rearrange"
"Do your best, pray each day, know I tell no lie"
"It was for you, and for your sin, that I came to die!"

He picked me up, brushed me off, wiped away my tears
And surely I can tell you now, took away my fears
At last I understood the plan, I knew that I shall live
I'll walk the walk, talk the talk, and love is what I'll give!

Human Fetus At 7 Weeks
A Human Fetus Shown At 7 Weeks

Click Here to See What Abortion Looks Like

I awoke today, but did not realize
How many precious babies, will never open eyes
So many precious children, so many gifts now lost
As Satan tells his lies, adding to the cost!

There is a great deception, rampant in our land
As some resort to murder, all so nicely planned
Sex now has no cost, nothing left to fear
If by chance you're pregnant, we can end that here!

They say the lives are nothing, and really don't exist
But if there is no life, why do they persist
They're out to make a dollar, a service, don't you see
It only takes a moment, and you will be quite free!

Another precious soul, left the world today
The doctor sits at home, counting up his pay
As Jesus welcomes home, another precious soul
At last the child is safe, and now is made quite whole!

The child can't understand, and asks, "Dear Lord, please, why?"
"Did my earthly mommy, now want me to die?"
Jesus wipes a tear, "They just don't understand"
"For Satan's planting lies, all throughout the land"

Let us all now pray, each day as we awake
For every little soul, that suffers this mistake
And also, yes, for mommy, who hasn't got a clue
How much her child in heaven, and Jesus love her too!

Today I got an e-mail, "Invest in stocks, No fee"
"You can make a million, then you can be free"
"Put your faith in money, then live just like a king"
"As you count your money, cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching!"

That sounded very good, I guess I could get rich
But put my faith in money, that would be a switch
Again the e-mail came, "Hey, what's wrong with you?"
"Put your faith in money, it's what we all should do!"

The promises were grand, "a boat, a car, a yacht"
"A hundred times or more, more than what you've got"
Then I went to prayer, I needed quite a session
And Jesus said to me, "Remember the depression?"

"Put your faith in me, and I will see you through"
"I'll give you all you need, and show you what to do"
"And when the markets crumble, and fall flat on their face"
I will lift you up, with Mercy, Love and Grace!"

"There surely will be times, when you will not agree"
"If you choose to stand, your faith will grow in me"
"Your Father has a plan, including great expansion"
"And you've seen nothing yet, until you've seen your mansion!"

Many years ago, in days now far away
There were several people, and for me they would pray
That would tick me off, and I'd get out my stick
And chase them all around, as I'd try to hit!

Of course they all would scatter, I'd claim my victory
And then in great dismay, I would turn to see
That each and every one, was on my lawn again
Standing there and smiling, "Jesus is your friend!"

Out would come the stick, I'd rant and rave some more
Charging like a wild man, out my once locked door
Again they all would run, I'd shout, "At last, I'm free"
And when I got inside, right back there they would be!

Because they never quit, because they chose to pray
I am blessed to send, this poem on it's way
For I could be in prison, or worse, I could be dead
And I am thankful now, for every prayer they said!

So never do give up, never fail to pray
No matter what the sinner, might tell you today
For there's another day, one he's yet to see
And when he finds that day, he truly will be free!

Today I passed a fire, a home now badly burned
Ladders scattered round, furniture overturned
Fireman all around, though flames no longer flickered
Satan on the lawn, and as he danced, he snickered!

He was quite content, with all that he had wrought
As the family sadly looked, at all that they had bought
Scattered here and there, the loss was great, it seemed
As they looked around, twas not much to redeem!

Satan stood before them, dancing to and fro
Teasing wickedly, "You have no where to go!"
"I have burned it all, and next, I'll burn you too!"
The family now smiled, and knew just what to do!

Joining hands, they prayed, the insurance man arrived
The policy they had, said they would all survive
Satan stamped his feet, "No way, that can't be true!"
"Surely there's a way, that I can burn them too!"

Jesus smiled and said, "It's here in black and white!"
"They rejected you, and chose my shining light!"
"And now I will replace, all that they have lost"
"The policy they have, says that is in the cost!"

That night they slept in peace, the policy came through
Each and every word, every word was true
The agents now stood guard, angels from above
As Jesus covered them, with his redeeming love!

Deep within my heart, the lonely seed did grow
Blocking out the Jesus, that I'd come to know
Tears began to fall, from my lonely heart
And that is how ole Satan, thought he'd break my heart!

As Satan danced in glee, at my lonely plight
I began to weep, in my lonely night
Surely God forgot me, for I am all alone
No one says hello, not even on the phone!

The tears are raging rivers, flowing to the floor
As I sit and look, upon my lonely door
My aching heart is shattered, blow by blow by blow
As Satan dances singing, "You just need sex, you know!"

And for a few short moments, that really sounds quite right
There is a lonely darkness, blocking out the light
My heart is getting weaker, with the lust of life
Satan dances wildly, handing me the knife!

The knife is very pretty, shapely, and quite sharp
Masquerading as an angel, playing lovely harp
The knife is on a mission, to cut salvation's cord
The rope that I hold onto, the one hooked to the Lord!

Then the words begin, the words, as etched in stone
The words that reassure me, that I am not alone
And as the darkness fades, failing in the light
The power in these words, gives me strength to fight!

Armed with all my weapons, I now unsheathe my sword
The one that bears the blood, shed by my sweet Lord
And at the very site, Satan's knife does flee
Around me angels dance, I weep in victory!

And now it's very clear, there really is a wife
One with whom someday, I'll share my awesome life
But first I seek the Father, as he helps me grow
And Jesus takes my hand, and shows me where to go!

I saw the Easter eggs, the bunnies and the chicks
Then thought to myself, for the world, well this is it
They will work for hours, to paint an Easter egg
I've even seen them do it, with a broken leg!

I then thought to myself, that's where I used to be
Eggs and bunnies, chicks, that all it was to me
Even as a child, I thought it all quite dandy
As I stuffed myself, with all my Easter candy!

Today I thought again, a tear now found my eye
Today I understand, that Jesus came to die
Today I understand, the pain that he endured
So when I get to heaven, the Father calls me pure!

Let us all now pray, for those who paint the shell
For when their egg may crack, they just might find hell
Let us now remember, that Jesus came for all
And most of all the sinner, who's yet to hear the call!

I awoke this morning, my batteries were depleted
I was feeling low, feeling quite defeated
I know within my heart, my batteries must recharge
They do not last forever, really aren't that large!

Sometimes they run quite low, and I forget, you see
That I must recharge, these batteries in me
I think I am okay, as my power drains
Until there's very little, power that remains!

And as they slowly fade, and my light becomes quite dim
And evil now is lurking, Satan with his sin
As I am growing weak, and my mind begins to race
And I've forgotten all about, Mercy, Love and Grace!

I hear a gentle voice, tugging at my heart
"You must recharge your batteries, or you can't even start!"
I know the voice is right, it's my shepherd don't you see
I'm not that little bunny, but a lamb that's been set free!

Satan sang a song, calling to all teens
Teaching them to lie, steal and just be mean
He sang this song through people, and called it Rock N Roll
The song had just one purpose, to wreck and steal a soul!

It started in the 50's, with songs that weren't too bad
And as TV got worse, the song became quite mad
And then the true intent, of the song became revealed
As teens now in the millions, to it's power yield!

The song now sings of suicide, death and murder too
It teaches all our teens, these are the things to do
And it's not hard to see, how the song crept up on us
As Satan through the years, began to let them cuss!

He chose his singers well, then blinded them with drugs
With power and with money, to make them Satan thugs
And now they sing of murder, rape and dealing dope
And lie to all the teens, saying "There's no hope!"

So teach your children well, about the songs they hear
Tell them there's no need, to have all of this fear
For Jesus has a song, much better than the rest
And when you sing with Jesus, you're singing with the best!

Jesus is my Lord, King of all I see
I'm living with his Spirit, deep inside of me
I'm running in the race, running to the wire
And in my heart there burns, a mighty, awesome fire!

My mind now wants to dance, my feet soon come in line
My heart is full of joy, I'm drunk, but not with wine
My arms are raised quite high, as my feet now start to dance
I've found an awesome love, better than romance!

I can't contain my joy, my feet skip cross the floor
And now my feet have gone, and busted down the door
And now I'm on the roof, shouting, yes I'll yell
Jesus set me free, and Devil, go to hell!

The neighbors all are looking, looking to my roof
Some may think I'm crazy, some may think aloof
But in my heart I know, they've heard me shout this night
As I shouted from my roof, shining like a light!

And now my house is shaking, as the Spirit takes control
I've never felt like this, and I am on a roll
Around me angels dance, singing now, in glee
"I think the dummy's got it, he's on the roof and free!"

I danced upon the roof, well into the night
Me and all the angels, we were quite a sight
And I will praise you Lord, with fire deep in my heart
I'll shout your name so loud, I'll blow this house apart!

Praise you Lord Jesus
Praise you!!!

Remember Why

Many years ago, a star appeared one night
Pointing to the birth, of a very special light
The birth of one small child, in a manger on that day
Would forever change the world, in a very special way!

This child would live and grow, though Satan wished him dead
This child would live and grow, just as God had said
This child would live and grow, exposing evil's lie
This child had come to life, so that he might die!

As the years went by, this child grew to a man
Touching all the world, with a very special plan
Lest we all forget, just why he came to live
Let us all remember, what he came to give!

And on this day of joy, that we all celebrate
As we've rushed all week, so we would not be late
Let us all remember, this one most awesome sight
The child born in the manger, is coming back in might!

May God Bless You On This Very Special Day
All My Love

Where are you today, as you take your walk through life
Have you bickered with your children, shouted at your wife
Have you nagged again your husband, for another undone deed
Have you judged a wayward friend, who came to you in need?

Where are you today, as the Sun now starts to rise
Do those whom know and love you, see Jesus in your eyes
Or do they see frustration, as you scurry bout the day
Have you been a witness, did you take time to pray?

Where are you today, as lunch time now draws near
Have you compromised your faith, as you've faced your greatest fears
Or did you stop to pray, before you sat to munch
Praising Lord and King, and thanking him a bunch?

Where are you today, as the sun now starts to set
Were you running on your own, lest Jesus you forget
Where were you tonight, as Jesus came to call
Did you make it to the sky, or to the ground now fall?

When I wake up tomorrow, I'll understand this day
The first thing I will do, is hit my knees and pray
For to stand here now and wonder, if I might miss the sky
Brings deep sadness to my heart, and surely makes me cry!

My Buddy List was empty, I was all alone
There was not one Buddy, on this puter phone
I looked at my list woefully, tears within my eyes
If my Buddies were around, they were in disguise!

I was in despair, no Buddies could be found
Like a lonely puppy, I wondered all around
I went into the chat rooms, one by one by one
And still I found no Buddies, my gosh, what have they done?

I began to panic, my hair now stood on end
As nervous little eyes, searched for just one friend
My mouse was all aquiver, as it searched the net
And I called out to Jesus, "Dear Lord, there's no one yet!"

My mouse bumped into Jesus, and I looked up in fright
I said to him, "Dear Lord, there's no one here tonight"
He looked into my eyes, with such a sad, sad smile
Then took me by the hand and said, "Come, let's talk awhile!"

His hand now touched my puter, the screen became quite blank
And in my chest, my heart, well it just sorta sank
He said, "Your heart, my son, it now needs some revival"
Then he handed me, something called "My Bible!"

And as I searched it's words, my heart began to rise
I'd begun to slip, and never realized
Within the words I found, such mercy, love and grace
As I looked up at Jesus, a smile lit up his face!

He said, "Well now you're ready, your motives now are right"
"You may go my son, and shine that precious light"
Again he touched my puter, the screen now came on line
He said, "Now find your Buddies, and share this love of mine!"

Thanks Buddy :o)

I woke up this morning, to another Jesus day
Got out of bed and showered, then took time to pray
I then reached for my scheduler, with all it's great events
To see what kind of blessings, I would now be sent!

I opened up my schedule, to see what I would face
As I served the Lord, as I ran the race
This schedule now had trials, like greed and love and lust
I was overwhelmed and said, "Dear God, you must be nuts!"

And as I scanned the day, my heart sank in my chest
Way too many trials you see, not what I thought best
I looked at God in great dismay, "Do all of this and trust?"
"You know how much I love you Dad, But God, you must be nuts!"

"This schedule will stand", God now said, "I will not change one trial"
"Into your enemies hands you go, and there you'll stay awhile"
And then the day and trials began, with a fateful thrust
And as I went, I screamed at Dad, "Dear God, you must be nuts!"

The day was hard, the fires were hot, the trials were all too real
A hundred times within this day, God's love I could not feel
I blessed the sinners, prayed for those, whom God now said I must
All the while I was thinking, "Dear God, you must be nuts!"

And then the day was over, I staggered home in tears
Though I could not see it, I had faced my fears
I looked at God through all my tears, "This day was sure a bust"
I tried to pray, but this came out, "Dear God, you must be nuts!"

And God now sat there smiling, with the strangest silly smile
"It's time to come and share", he said, "Sit with me awhile"
I told him how the day had hurt, and how I'd found some guts
Then I looked at him with tears, "Dear Dad, you must be nuts!"

He smiled and said, "Look how you've grown, in just this one short day"
"And here you sit, alive and well, though I'm nuts you say"
"Well, yes I'm nuts, I won't deny, that this just may be true"
"But if I am, remember this, my child, I'm nuts for you!"

The Cowboy On The Range With You To Get You Home

Once upon a time, many years ago
There was an awesome Cowboy, who rode the range, you know
This Cowboy had compassion, as he surely must
Cows are not the greatest, when it comes to trust!

The cows would do just great, while they were in the pens
Then the time would come, for the Cowboy's ride again
And out the cows would come, ready for the trip
Had the Cowboy not had patience, his mind would surely flip!

The cows would hit the plains, "which way should we all go?"
The Cowboy was amazed, as they galloped to and fro
The cows were quite a mess, as they trotted all around
Some of them got lost, and now must all be found!

The Cowboy with his love, returned them to the herd
Sometimes he used a whip, sometimes a gentle word
And once the cows were back, and settled for the night
The Cowboy lit a fire, so they would have some light!

The cows looked at the Cowboy, and never had a clue
Of all the pain and worry, they had put him through
They knew that they were safe, that's all they understood
I've got to tell you all, this Cowboy's pretty good!

I came to know this Cowboy, by the name of Jesus Christ
He led me through the plains, on many starry nights
And like a master Cowboy, with the Master's plan
He got me through the round up, into my Father's hands!

Thank you Cowboy
Only you could know how much I love you

(poem below)
A white-on-blue photographic print, commonly of a working
drawing used during building or manufacturing.

(click to enlarge and read commentary)
An Example Of A Blueprint

The Blueprint Above Shows An Early 20th Century Telegraph Key Assembly And Is Shown Drawn
To Scale Depicting The Object As It Would Appear When Constructed And Showing In Detail Where
And How Each Component Of The Assembly Fits Together To Make A Functioning Unit. Each Component
Of The Assembly Has It's Own Blueprint Which Gives All The Dimensions Of The Finished Piece And Those
Blueprints Show Much Greater Detail Than The One Above, Usually Showing Measurements Down
To Thousandths Of An Inch. One Inch Divided Into A Thousand Parts.
(Click on the drawing above to enlarge and see the detail used to indicate how the unit is constructed and commentary.)

God says in His Word that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. (PS 139:14) God also says that each individual hair on your head has a number. (Luke  12:7) It is estimated that the average human head has 100,000 strands of hair. Click on the picture of the blueprint above to enlarge it and consider the amount of detail shown for an object that has fewer than 20 parts. Now consider a blueprint that shows each one of the hairs on your head and assigns a number on the blueprint to each hair. Imagine looking at the blueprint above and seeing 100,000 individual positions laid out, each with it's measurements given and each one numbered. Now consider that God loves you so much and was so interested in the details of your creation that he numbered your hair. God loves you that much! If God put that much effort into the creation of your hair consider what the blueprint for one of you eyes must look like. Imagine the complexity of a print like that!

Luke 12:6-7 (NIV)
6 Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God.
7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid;
you are worth more than many sparrows.

Matthew 10:30 (NIV)

30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Did you ever have a day, when you thought you just might cry
Did you ever have a day, in which you'd want to die
Did you ever have a day, when life was much too real
Did you ever have a day, when God's love you could not feel?

I've had some days like that, so hard and so intense
The pain was overwhelming, so I jumped up on my fence
And on the fence I sat, looking all around
For God's love I could not feel, in my heart twas just not found!

I did not understand the pain, nor why I was not blessed
I did not understand, it just might be a test
I did not understand, how much I had to learn
I did not understand, how hot the fires could burn!

So from my fence I called, crying out to see
Calling out to God, "Have you no plan for me?"
And then my eyes were opened, God said He had a plan
As He now pulled out my blueprints, and placed them in my hands!

The prints were very detailed, unlike any I had seen
They had my heart and mind, and yes, even my knees
Then God took my right hand, and placed it on my hair
He said, "For each strand that is growing, I've placed a number there!"

"Now open up your Bible, to Matthew 10 and 30"
"I know your every hair, even if it's dirty"
"If I have plans like this, on just how you were made"
"Have I not a plan, to keep you from Hell's grave?"

I was overwhelmed, the tears began to flow
I was wonderfully made, and every hair he knows
For as my hairs are numbered, and as God cares that much
It's easy to believe, that I can trust his touch!

My name is Adam, I'm in the garden, and looking for a mate
I see the cows and goats and mules, but really can't relate
Four legs they have, but I have two, God, what's up with that?
There's this little slinky thing, I think I'll name that cat!

The cat's too short, the mule too stubborn, the cow looks up with Moo
And I am pretty lonely God, what ever shall I do?
Well God now spoke and said these words, "Adam, go to sleep"
"When you awake I'll have some one, just for you to meet!"

And so old Adam went to sleep, under Holy Power
While God now snitched a rib from him, didn't even take an hour
And with the rib that he had snitched, a rib he'd freely given
He made another human being, twas Eve, and she was living!

So God brought Eve unto the man, and Adam had a fit
The Living Bible quotes it best, he shouted "This is it!"
The moral that we learn from this, is God is in control
If you want to find your mate, ask God, he knows just where to go!

The trials that I'd been facing, were giving me a fit
So I went to talk to God, and hopped around a bit
I was pretty ticked, at all that I'd been through
So I stood and yelled at Dad, "Where's the love from you?"

I did not understand the trials and fiery darts
All that I could see, was the pain within my heart
But Dad was very patient, and very, very kind
He showed me scripture now, to keep within my mind!

He said I would be tested, my faith must now be real
He said "Believe my words, and not the pain you feel"
"The tests will surely come, and if you'll only stand"
"When the time is right my child, you'll see my mighty hand!"

Then he opened up the Bible, and showed me people there
And how so many of them, were sure that he didn't care
He showed me old Elijah, and how he'd fled in terror
He showed me the compassion, that had blotted out the error!

Then he showed me Peter, and all that he'd denied
And how my brother Peter, had sat, and wept, and cried
But when he turned the pages, old Peter was on fire
Hopping around for Jesus, and racing to the wire!

And now he showed me my life, and all that I might do
He said, "Now when you witness, your words will all be true"
"Use those words to bring one child, to the land forever living"
"And when you get here you'll dance with Peter, in a prayer of great thanksgiving!"

Just a wounded child, calling out to thee
Just a wounded child, now on bended knee
Just a wounded child, who did not understand
The lessons we must learn, as we travel through this land!

Satan tries to tell me, that you are never there
And he tries to tell me, that you've never cared
And as I face these trials, with mountains much too high
I must stand my ground, rebuking all the lies!

I know that to the world, I now look like a failure
I'll never be a doctor, a lawyer nor a tailor
There are so many people, smirking in my face
Sometimes it seems impossible, to finish out this race!

I do not understand, the fires that lick my flesh
But know deep in my heart, that I will pass this test
I may not understand all that I've been through
But know that I've found love, one that's ever true!

Romans 8:28

In my darkest hours, in my deepest nights
When Satan comes to dance, with his silly frights
They can look too real, and stir up quite a fear
Causing me to forget, that Jesus is quite near!

Faith can be so hard, in a first time trial
I can forget my Jesus, can forget my smile
When the fire gets hot, and I become afraid
Misguided fearful judgments, at that time are made!

The longer I hold on, the worse the fire can be
Until the flames burn my eyes, and I no longer see
That Father God is there with love, and has me in his hand
Romans 8:28 says God now has a plan!

So precious loving Father, this fire I give to you
And I am filled with tears, at all that you will do
The burdens were too heavy, as I sought to fight
I'm glad I've found the peace, that shines within your light!

I became a Christian, and moved to my new body
The old one that I left, was really very shoddy
Once that I had moved, and everything was new
I set up my new phone line, to God I would get through!

I had long distance service, was really quite content
I could make a call, and would not spend a cent
Then the troubles started, with calls that were all lies
From a company who told me, "We are STI!"

They called to give me money, if my service I would change
"It really is quite easy, we can rearrange"
"We'll even give you money, to put our new line in"
"And our emergency number, is S and I and N!"

Well, being slightly blinded, I filled out the forms
And I received their money, this was quite the norm
I then received a phone bill, with charges they had hidden
Outraged at this I called and said "You really must be kidding!"

"No, we are not kidding", came their quick reply
"We're Satan's Telephone Industries, and we are full of lies"
"And now the month is over, and here's the bill to you"
"For each and every call, your payment now is due!"

The bill was much too high, the cost was overwhelming
They never told me twas my life, that I was surely selling
So I began to tremble, and fell down to my knees
Then God said, "We can reinstall, and there will be no fees!"

This all sounds very good I said, "That's really quite a plan"
He smiled and said "You had it once, you very silly man"
So now I have God's service, and every word is true
And if you'll simply pray my friend, He'll hook you right up too!

MATTHEW 24:9-13
Blinded people lost in sin
All so sure that they will win
But Jesus said that many would fall
They never really heard the call!

MATTHEW 7:21-23
They danced and praised his precious name
While stealing from the weak, insane
They were convinced that they were blessed
Sure they'd pass every test!

MARK 13:3-13
Then trials began to rock their world
Anger's banners now unfurled
They put their parents, now to death
So they would keep life's precious breath!

MATTHEW 24:23-27
"In the name of God", they said
As they took another head
Blinded by the lust of flesh
I guess they really flunked the test!

JOHN 3:16
16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever
believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.

I'm weeping like a baby, tears are rivers flowing
My Father God loves me, and now that love is showing
I held him at arms length, for so many years
Collapsing in the wrecks, of my many fears!

I trusted to a point, then would trust no more
I became afraid, and headed for the door
Out the door I'd go, looking for my weapons
And armed now to the teeth, I'd look for those to step on!

In I'd charge a shouting, "God is on my side"
"And all you silly sinners, really better hide"
And then to my dismay, the sinners all would win
I thought that God must hate me, to do this all again!

Then one day it hit me, I did not have to fight
All I had to do, was be a little light
And as the sinners sinned, as they always do
I began to practice, all the things I knew!

At first they laughed and jeered, quite sure that I would fall
And as a brick I stood there, solid as a wall
I had a peace and joy, that they could not explain
I bet they surely thought, that I had gone insane!

But I had learned a lesson, one that I will share
If I bless the sinners, God is surely there
And as their power fades, and I become much stronger
I find my tears of joy, are lasting so much longer!
